Editorial independence
EOR Select is editorially independent. No provider, advertiser or partner has any say over what we publish, how providers are scored, or where they rank. Where a commercial relationship exists it is disclosed and kept separate from the data.
How providers are selected
We aim to cover every credible Employer of Record provider, not a hand-picked shortlist. A provider is included on the strength of being a real, operating EOR, never because of a commercial relationship, and never excluded for declining one.
Where our data comes from
Provider data is compiled from public sources, provider documentation and third-party review platforms such as G2, Capterra and Trustpilot. Community sentiment is drawn from human-screened Reddit discussion. The sources and the scoring model are documented in full on the methodology page.
Scoring is automated and uniform
Every provider runs through the same transparent scoring algorithm. No Select Score is hand-set to favour or punish a provider, and the same weighted model applies to the entire dataset, so a score of 88 means the same thing everywhere.
Accuracy and corrections
We verify third-party ratings against their primary source and weight them by how much evidence stands behind them. If you find an error, contact us: we correct verified mistakes promptly and log material changes in the changelog.
No fabricated voices
We never invent reviewer or expert personas. Where we reflect community sentiment, it comes from real, human-screened posts and is labelled as sentiment, not presented as verified fact.
Monetisation
EOR Select is free to use. We may earn a referral fee from some providers. This never affects a score or ranking position, and is kept entirely separate from how providers are scored. See our disclosure page for the detail.
