How EOR Select makes money
EOR Select is free to use. We may earn a referral fee from some providers. This never affects a score or ranking position: rankings and Select Scores are produced entirely by the scoring algorithm, and a referral fee plays no part in it.
No pay-to-rank
No provider can pay to appear, rank higher, or change its Select Score. We do not accept placement fees, sponsorships, or paid reviews, and a commercial relationship is never a reason a provider is listed or scored the way it is.
How scores stay independent
Every Select Score is calculated from public data, third-party review ratings and human-screened community sentiment, using the same weighted model for every provider. The full method is documented on our methodology page.
Who operates EOR Select
EOR Select is operated by Employ Borderless PTE. Ltd. and maintained by Robbin Schuchmann. Any commercial relationship that exists now or in future is disclosed here and kept entirely separate from how providers are scored and ranked.
Corrections
If you believe something is wrong, let us know and we will review it. Material changes to provider data are logged in the changelog.
