Robbin Schuchmann

Robbin is a global hiring expert with more than a decade in the field. He built and maintains the rating system behind EOR Select, and his job here is to design the scoring model and keep it honest: every weight, every data source and every check is written down on the methodology page, so a Select Score means the same thing for every provider.

He also co-founded Employ Borderless, the company that operates EOR Select. EOR Select stays independent by rule, not by promise: scores come from one transparent model, no provider can pay for a higher position, and material changes are dated in the changelog.
