- Relevance first: each candidate mention is checked for whether it is genuinely about the provider's EOR service; job ads and SEO listicles are filtered out before anything is counted.
- Shill filtering: promotional-looking accounts are flagged and down-weighted; we verify that a mention is relevant, not that any single comment is true.
- Human and AI gates: a person approves relevance, sentiment labels are generated and human-overridable, and the aggregation math is documented.

The sentiment here feeds the Reputation dimension of the Select Score but never overrides it.
